Kaseya is seeking an experienced engineering leader to build and lead a high-performing eCommerce Engineering team. This role is central to one of BIS Engineering's most strategic initiatives — transitioning our eCommerce platform from NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce while positioning eCommerce as a primary sales and self-service channel across the Kaseya portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this leader will own team structure, talent strategy, and agile delivery, while collaborating closely on architecture direction across the full eCommerce lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Leadership — Define and build an eCommerce engineering team of 5–20+ resources, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore talent; augment with contractors or systems integrators as demand requires
Platform Ownership — Lead engineering delivery across the current NetSuite eCommerce platform and the transition to Salesforce B2B Commerce, ensuring continui
