About The Role

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Structural Design Engineers to support ongoing design development of several luxury projects worldwide focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

You'll lead structural design development for Utopia's boutique hospitality villas and hotels — from concept through construction detailing — ensuring every structure meets the highest safety and seismic standards without compromising the architectural vision. You'll collaborate closely with a Structural Design Manager and the wider design team, including architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and the FF&E; procurement team.
