About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join a small, hands-on Product Marketing team that owns growth strategy and go-to-market execution across Sezzle’s shopper-facing product ecosystem,



spanning financial products to engagement and rewards. The team is lean by design: every product marketer owns a real portfolio from day one, works directly with the data, and partners daily with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.
Overall category strategy is set in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing; you’ll own how that strategy comes to life for each individual product in your portfolio, from discovery through launch, optimization, and iteration. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structured thinking, and is excited to take ownership of meaningful product initiatives.
