Are you a payroll expert with experience in U.S. regulations and the Prism system? We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Representative to manage full payroll cycles while ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
What You´ll Do
Execute full payroll cycles using the Prism platform.
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor and tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide proactive client support by resolving inquiries related to payments, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare accurate payroll, audit, and reconciliation reports
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 1+ years processing U.S. payroll and 1+ years using the Prism system or equivalent payroll software. Multi-state payroll experience is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strict document control, and the ability to handle highly sensitive data.
What We Offer
? Salary: 4.0 to 4.5 million COP, depending on experience.
