Real Time Analyst WFM - BPO industry
Location: Colombia - Bogota
Contract: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary Range: 3´100.000 COP
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to maintain an optimal staffing system through live control, adequate planning and historical follow up
Key Responsibilities
• Generating and publishing reports: - Hourly/Daily/Monthly
• Creating reports and template as per process requirement
• Forecasting & Scheduling
• Managing day-to-day MI reporting for multiple LOBs
• Communication and coordination with end-user clients on daily basis
• Designing and establishing new MI reporting modules
• Meeting SLAs and TAT of MI reporting
• Guaranteeing Interval staffing compliance through real time and trend analysis
• Controlling scheduling and Adherence
Requirements
• Knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet
• Experience in automation in MS-Excel Reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Access, IEX, would be an added advantage
• Adaptable to rotating shifts
• Capability to work diligently under pressing deadlines and changing environments
• Attention to Details and Sense of urgency
• Numeric and Abstract mindset for logic solving
