About The Role:

Recruiters don't contact support for fun. When an agency reaches out, something is sitting between them and a placement: a record that won't sync, a submission that didn't send, a report a client is waiting on.

You are the person who clears it. As Client Support Consultant, you are the primary support contact for the recruiters and staffing agencies running on StaffingOS, and you own the customer-facing support function end to end.

This is not a pass-through role. You investigate, you resolve, and when something genuinely needs engineering, you hand it over complete. Clients should never feel like their issue is being bounced around.

The role is fully bilingual. Clients communicate in both English and Spanish, and the standard of support is identical in both.

The Role:
Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, end to end. Inbound queries across email, live chat, and phone or video. The majority of issues resolved by you, without escalation.
Investigation before escalation. Reproduce the problem, identify the root cause where you can, document what you found.




Escalation ownership. When engineering receives an issue from you, they can start work immediately: clear description, steps to reproduce, client impact, and the context needed to prioritise. No follow-up questions required. Engineering hears from you only when a genuine product-level fix is needed.
Expectation management. On every interaction, the client knows what is happening, what the next step is, and when to expect resolution.
Implementation support. You'll help onboard new client accounts from time to time: assisting with platform configuration, helping validate initial data, and walking recruiting teams through day-to-day use.
The product feedback loop. You will see recurring friction and patterns in support volume before anyone else does. Surfacing that clearly and regularly is part of the job, not an extra.
Records and documentation. Structured records of every client interaction and internal doc
