We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join Omnicom Global Solutions in Bogotá, bringing strong creative thinking, branding expertise, and a collaborative mindset to a variety of multidisciplinary projects.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in translating strategic ideas into strong, differentiated brand solutions, working closely with creative and project teams to develop impactful work from concept through execution.

What you’ll do:
• Develop strategic, differentiated brand solutions from concept through execution
• Lead creative conversations and translate strategic ideas into impactful visual work
• Design across multidisciplinary brand applications and experiences
• Present and articulate creative concepts clearly and confidently to different audiences
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality work
• Mentor and support junior designers, sharing your experience and creative expertise

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in branding and design, ideally in an agency environment




• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills
• Confidence presenting and articulating creative ideas
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset
