We are looking for a Customs Rater to join our Bogotá team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build and grow their career in customs and international logistics, while gaining exposure to import transactions across multiple modes of transportation in a fast-paced, international environment.
What We’re Looking For
Previous exposure to customs clearance, customs brokerage, international trade, or logistics
Knowledge of HS codes / tariff classification
Familiarity with import and transportation documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced English, both written and spoken
A proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have
Experience with CargoWise
Experience with CSS (Customs Software Solutions)
What You’ll Be Doing




Support the customs release and compliance process for import shipments
Review commercial invoices and transportation documentation for accuracy and completeness
Process customs entries accurately and within established timelines
Support HS classification / tariff coding
Work with air, ocean, and ground transportation documentation
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation or customs-related issues
Maintain accurate shipment and customs information in internal systems
Ensure compliance with established customs procedures and requirements
