A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following:
Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership
Coordination: Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
Communication: Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
Financial Reporting: Consolidate input from finance on vigente project spend,



update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams
Support Delivery: Ensure project milestones are met by coordinating resources and monitoring task completion
Required Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT environments
Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Stakeholder management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
Fluent in English (written a
