You will bring a demonstrable track record with leading client engagements from start to finish, advising throughout and driving each transaction to successful completion.



You will be comfortable managing professional-services teams and resources across geographies and running multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
You will be expected to evidence experience against the following:
Lead client engagements end to end across buy-side CDaaS programmes (market mapping, deal origination, and fractional execution) and sell-side mandates, covering:
Strategy: working with clients on building and refining their M&A; strategy
Research: leading target / buyer universe research and profiling
Deal origination: leading pipeline management, including outreach campaigns and interactions with identified counterparties.
Target evaluation: applying expert financial modelling and valuation skills to deliver high-quality client work.
Deal execution: negotiating offers, and managing due diligence projects
