Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Medellín, Colombia | Remote
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Work Style: Remote with occasional coworking days in Medellín
Travel: Occasional travel to Barranquilla
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our U.S. client base.
You'll be responsible for identifying target companies, connecting with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified meetings for the Account Development team.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals—with a clear path for career growth.
What You'll Do
Prospect through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
Research target accounts and key decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
Book qualified meetings and consistently follow up with prospects.
Use LinkedIn and social selling to build relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage activity in HubSpot.
Track sales activity,



KPIs, meetings, and pipeline.
Work closely with the Account Development team to improve outreach strategies.
Share market feedback, objections, and opportunities with the team.
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales.
B2 or higher English proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
Organized, proactive, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up.
Competitive, coachable, resilient, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have:
Experience selling to U.S.-based companies.
Experience in logistics, transportation, staffing, or nearshore services.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Copilot, or similar sales tools.
