We are seeking a Lead Agentic C# Engineer to join our Investments team and help empower our users with a rich feature set, high availability, excellent system performance and a great customer experience. This role requires a willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to work closely with Development, QA and Operations teams responsible for the health of our services and customer experience.

Responsibilities





Build or implement technologies to meet business needs utilizing industry standard tools and best practices
Establish the agentic pipeline using Github Copilot
Design, develop and maintain unit, integration and performance tests
Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Assist in the development of user stories, estimates, and work plans
Advise business clients and IT management of technology capabilities and recommend strategies to maximize the benefits of new technologies
Drive the improvement of operational efficiency through automation and systemization

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related field, or 5 to 6 years of related job experience in lieu of degree
Proficiency in C#, TDD, web development and automated testing
Experience interacting directly with SQL and databases from C#/.Net, including writing complex queries
