The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Advanced Software Engineer to join an Azure-first environment focused on designing, building, and owning modern cloud-native services from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in defining technical direction, developing scalable solutions, and owning the full software development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with business teams, product owners, and Data Engineering while helping drive the adoption of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment:
Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM COL Time.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with deep hands-on experience in C#/.NET and production environments. Strong experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, developing third-party integrations, and owning systems throughout their lifecycle.
Skills: Advanced C#/.NET; Microsoft Azure; Azure App Services; Azure Functions; Event Grid; relational databases; REST/API integrations; Azure DevOps; GitHub; AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
