Job Title: SEO & Lead Generation Specialist (Construction Industry) - Google Ads + Automation Focus

Overview:
Oh My Construction LLC is looking for a results-driven SEO and Lead Generation Specialist who can take full ownership of our online presence and turn it into a consistent source of high-quality leads.

This is not just an SEO role—we are looking for someone who understands how to generate real business through search, ads, and smart automation systems.

What Success Looks Like:
- Increased qualified inbound leads (calls, form submissions, quote requests)
- Improved Google rankings for high-intent construction keywords
- Reduced cost per lead from Google Ads
- A scalable lead generation system that runs consistently

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize our website for local and national SEO (on-page, technical, and off-page)
- Identify and rank for high-converting keywords in the construction space
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search + retargeting)
- Fix technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile performance, indexing, etc.)




- Build or implement systems for capturing and tracking leads (forms, CRM, automation)
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates (landing pages, funnels)
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights (not just reports)

Requirements:
- Proven track record generating leads through SEO and/or Google Ads
- Experience working with local service businesses (construction, roofing, remodeling, etc. preferred)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Ability to improve conversion rates—not just traffic
- Experience with lead tracking systems (CRM, call tracking, form tracking)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Bonus (Highly Preferred):
- Experience building custom lead generation systems or automation workflows
- Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or backend)
- Familiarity with tools like GoHigh
