Description:
Is seeking a skilled Forms Developer to join our team on a project/contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining digital inspection and service forms using the Joyfill form builder platform. You will translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into polished, functional forms that power ServiceTrade’s inspection workflows for commercial service contractors. This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep expertise in form-building tools, an eye for usability, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality forms on a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom inspection and service forms using the Joyfill form builder
- Configure form fields, field types, input validations, conditional logic, and dynamic visibility rules to support complex inspection workflows
- Build reusable form templates and components to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery across form projects
- Implement calculated fields, auto-populated values,
and data-mapping logic within forms
- Collaborate with product managers, implementation team leads, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into functional form designs
- Test forms thoroughly across devices and environments to ensure data integrity, usability, and a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve form defects, layout issues, and data-capture errors
- Maintain clear documentation of form configurations, field mappings, and conditional rules for each form project
- Stay current with Joyfill platform updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve form quality
- Support form versioning and change management as business requirements evolve
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building forms with Joyfill or a comparable low-code/no-code form builder (e.g., Typeform, JotForm, Formstack, or similar)
- Strong understanding of form field type
