We are looking for a Visual Systems & Brand Designer to lead our global visual identity across eight countries.

The Role This is a high-impact role requiring a rare blend of master-level graphic design and agile web implementation. You will own the visual narrative of the organization—translating complex missions into executive-level presentations (Canva/Adobe) and sleek, user-friendly web interfaces (Squarespace/Wix).

What You’ll Own
- Visual Architecture: Develop and evolve a scalable global brand system (typography, iconography, and brand kits).
- Canva Engineering: Lead the creation of cinematic, high-stakes presentations. We are a Canva-forward team; you will build the professional templates and motion-heavy decks that our global leaders use with Fortune 500 partners.
- Web Design & Build:



Lead the design and deployment of our website and project-specific landing pages. You will manage the full workflow from wireframe to launch on platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or Framer.
- Adobe-Led Execution: Use the Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished student-facing toolkits, brochures, and digital assets.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Integrate tools like Midjourney and Gemini to scale production and conceptualize assets quickly.

Required Experience
- 3+ Years in a professional design role (Agency or Global Corporate background).
- Expert Mastery of Canva: You must be able to push Canva beyond its basic templates into a high-end presentation tool.
- Adobe Suite Proficiency: Expert-level Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- No-Code Web Experience: Proven ability to build and launch clean, professional sites on Squarespace or similar.
