The Job:
As a Master Data Analyst you will assist in the management of the daily operations of the Tools & Outdoor Master Data Team. You will also be responsible for monitoring the creation and ongoing maintenance of Material and Customer related data in SAP in a way that ensures operations functions can be processed accurately and on-time. You’ll get to:
- Ensure the integrity of Customer and Material Master data in ERP systems through accurate creation, maintenance, and monitoring - including use of SAP, BW, AS400,
and MetaStorm.- Develop and run Customer and Material Master data audit reports, and resolve discrepancies.- Identify and develop team process improvements, working with other departments as needed.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by Sarbanes Oxle.- Identify and resolve production related errors and provide analytical data support to business.- Define new and maintain existing Customer account number ranges.- Ensure team documentation is generated and maintained.- Manage year-end (and as needed) material division and product hierarchy realignments- Manage customer realignment requests and sales office/group/district updates.
