Right now we are looking for a SAP Recruiting Analystto join our team at Globant

You will get the chance to:
- Be responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process for SAP functional and technical consultants.
- Identify and engage niche talent across various SAP modules, including S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and SuccessFactors.
- Create recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions requiring specific industry solutions (IS) or architectural expertise.- Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers, understanding their specific SAP project requirements (Greenfield vs. Brownfield implementations),



and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions.
