Business Analyst II

Overview:
Role:
- Works with key product and finance stakeholders and other resources to established service level agreements, define functional requirements, test and implement billing services.
- Execute daily, weekly, quarterly & annual billing for assigned products or services based on contractual terms and services rendered by Mastercard.
- Supervise and guide junior staff both onshore and offshore in completion of shared deliverables.
- Analyze billing data, research trends, identify issues and follow-up on resolutions.




- Respond to help desk inquiries within the Service Level Agreement [SLA] area of expertise, provide business knowledge and technical/functional support to business units.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within area of responsibility; coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements.
- Research and resolve production billing issues and incidents related to your manual billing.

- Have experience reviewing and analyzing own work for quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Be able to perform complex issue resolution.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer service and service management frameworks within a diverse, integral company.
