- Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and culturally fluent Marketing Coordinator to support the Project Manager and Production Lead across day-to-day marketing execution, content coordination, and client-facing communications.

This role is responsible for executing content, campaigns, and communications across all channels — ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with each brand's strategy and tone. You'll work across multiple initiatives and brand environments, supporting both internal operations and external client deliverables.

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy — managing workstreams independently and moving work forward in direct coordination with the Project Manager & Production Lead,



without requiring constant direction. This role is built for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time, execution-driven role requiring a balance of hands-on execution, content ideation, and multi-initiative coordination.

- Create and develop content across social media (short-form & Long Form), Substack / newsletters, client and mentorship communications
- Review and ensure quality, tone, and consistency across all content and communications before delivery
