Role:
We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, and self-driven individual to join our Real Estate Team to help oversee administrative functions in support of Facilities Management, Project Management, Tax, Utilities & Mergers & Acquisitions. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support the fast-growing & ever-changing LAC region You will interact within important functions such as Project Management, Facilities, Transactions, Technology, Sustainability,



Lease Administration & the various M&A; business Teams. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders working within Mastercard’s offices and to facilitate communications, policy implementations, and ensure processes are followed with key internal and external stakeholders. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will liaison with Mastercard’s General Real Estate Services preferred Vendor Partner and other departments alike in optimizing Mastercard’s footprint.

Job Description: Real Estate Analyst
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders working together to meet Mastercard’s objectives and goals
- Work with the Director of RES to develop strategies and recommendations for individual real estate assets and coordinating communication to both internal stakeholders and external vendor teams
