Working Hours: Full-Time │Monday to Friday │US Time Zone
What you’ll do:
- Legal Document Drafting: Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Discovery Research: Conduct legal research, case law analysis, and discovery research to support active litigation matters.
- Case Management & Trial Preparation: Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and witnesses to organize evidence, maintain case files, and support trial preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required:
- Experience in a legal support, legal assistant, or professional services role
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with legal software and document management tools
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with U.S. legal processes is a strong advantage
