Property Manager

Join a growing property management company overseeing approximately 150 units and play a key role in keeping essential financial and administrative workflows accurate and organized.

In this role, youll take ownership of recurring transaction tracking, subsidy payments, lease administration, and tenant followups while helping leadership maintain smooth operations and focus on continued growth.

What Youll Do

Review bank transactions regularly and accurately record them in the property management system Rent Manager under the correct property, ledger, and expense category, keeping records current to avoid transaction backlogs
Review housing subsidy portals each month, enter payments for the correct tenants and properties, and verify tenant ledgers are accurate
Manage lease renewals, including generating and sending leases, following up for signatures, updating rent amounts, and uploading completed documentation
Prepare tenant assistance documentation, including ledgers, arrears information, and supporting records,



and follow assigned cases through resolution
Make occasional outbound calls to tenants for signatures, documents, or other outstanding matters, and handle routine issues independently
Take ownership of assigned work and follow responsibilities through to completion without repeated reminders or stepbystep supervision
Take on additional recurring property management responsibilities after mastering the primary duties

Youll help keep recurring financial, lease, subsidy, and tenant administration organized while supporting efficient daytoday operations and giving leadership more capacity to focus on business growth.

Who Were Looking For

Previous property management experience is required
Previous Rent Manager experience is required
Able to take responsibility for assigned work and follow responsibilities through to completion without constant checkins
Strong judgment and ability to understand broader context, recognize similar situations,



and make reasonable connections when circumstances differ from initial instructions
Proactive, quickmoving, and able to handle a steady stream of recurring administrative work accurately
Highly detailoriented and able to maintain accuracy across payments, properties, tenant ledgers, expense categories, leases, and supporting documentation
Comfortable making occasional outbound calls to tenants for signatures, documents, and followups
Able to handle routine issues independently

Location

Must be based in Colombia.

Experience Property management experience and Rent Manager experience are required.
