The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for responding to inbound buyer and seller leads, conducting consistent follow-up, qualifying prospects, setting appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM records in Follow Up Boss. The role focuses on speed-to-lead, communication consistency, and CRM accuracy to support lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Move leads out of “Lead” stage within 24 hours
- Perform daily outbound follow-up based on assigned communication cadence
- Complete at least 10 contact attempts before marking a lead unresponsive
- Qualify buyer and seller leads using company scripts and standards
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, stages, and follow-up records
- Ensure all communication is documented within Follow Up Boss
- Support contract and closing updates when applicable

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-up habits
- Ability to follow scripts and processes consistently
- Experience as a real estate ISA or in high-volume outbound calling.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with buyer and seller lead qualification
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss CRM
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with daily 1-hour lunch breaks.
- May require evening shifts and West Coast coverage hours
