Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings in integral and internal recruiting systems, create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate new-hire orientations, and internal selection processes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff questions, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Employee experience: drive engagement with well-being and employee events to foster 3shape’s community and enhance employee’s satisfaction.
- Ensure positive employee experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR process.
- Support departments with analyzing employee engagement survey and develop action plans.
- Talent development: Assist managers with performance reviews, track employee development, and organize training programs.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure adherence to local employment laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment/ HR experience within an international setting.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, HR Information Systems (HRIS) and recruiting systems knowledge are desirable.
- Good understanding of Colombia labor practices.
- Is proactive, organized, and able to create and maintain effective structures.
- Is passionate about recruitment and brings a positive, energetic attitude.
- Feels comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment.
- Thrives working independently but values the benefit of good collaboration.
Speaks English fluently (professional level speaking and writing) since this is our corporate language.
