What you will do
Principales Funciones:
- Optimizar la planeación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo bajo CMMS SAP y el modelo KOE.
- Liderar la mejora continua en HardServicesmediante benchmarking y rutinas Kaizen.
- Participar en reuniones clave de planta para garantizar disponibilidad y confiabilidad de servicios críticos.
- Apoyar el cumplimiento de programas corporativos y reguladores (Compliance, EHS, Quality, Legal, Procurement, IT, Finanzas, Seguridad Física).
- Gestionar presupuestos, proyectos de ahorro y optimización de gastos.
- Realizar análisis de fallas (RCA) para garantizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas críticos.
- Mantener actualizados los programas regionales y locales de Facilities(ESSP, BSP, FCA/FCI, VFA Portal, Control Legionella, FM General).
- Brindar apoyo en tareas de mantenimiento críticas.
