Position Summary:
Reporting to the Group Manager, Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations, the Manager, Marketing Workflow Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing and content workflows across the organization. This role ensures that marketing initiatives move efficiently through the content lifecycle by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing operational workflows, and supporting the consistent execution of established marketing processes.

The role serves as a key operational partner to marketing, creative, and brand teams, maintaining visibility into project progress, identifying workflow bottlenecks, and helping ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. This position plays an important role in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling scalable content production across integral marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing and content workflows to ensure projects move efficiently through the marketing lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing,



Creative, Brand, and Digital teams to support the operational delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as a primary operational point of contact for workflow-related questions, helping teams navigate established marketing operations processes and timelines.
- Monitor workflow performance and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Maintain visibility into project pipelines and workload distribution through marketing workflow platforms such as Workfront or similar tools.
- Support the implementation and adoption of marketing operations processes defined by the Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations team.
