We are seeking a motivated Trainer & Technical Coach - Infrastructure Services (T&T;)to support the development of technical capabilities within infrastructure teams. This role focuses on providing hands-on support in infrastructure operations while contributing to training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enable team growth and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support within infrastructure services, assisting with issue resolution and operational tasks.
- Support the delivery of infrastructure training and coaching initiativesto enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in monitoring and basic troubleshootingof infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure-related challengesand meet operational objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, training materials, and incident records.
- Promote adherence to best practices, standards, and service delivery processes.
- Continuously develop technical expertise and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning culture initiativeswithin the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2+ years of relevant experiencein infrastructure support or related technical roles.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and operations support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Continuous learner with interest in technical development and coaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
- Relevant certifications such as:
- CompTIA Security+:
- Cisco CCENT:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Experience or interest in training, mentoring, or coaching technical teams.
