Base Compensation:$3,000 per month (Retainer)
Performance Incentive:This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus structure of 5% of total funds deposited from the Managers managed contacts and secured partnerships.

We bridge the gap between clinical needs and real-world family empowerment to ensure every individual on the spectrum can thrive.

What you will own
- Proactively engage and secure commitments from individual, corporate, and community partners through outbound messaging and face-to-face meetings.
- Refresh and refine our website copy, marketing language, and pitch materials to ensure a high-conversion, professional presence. Identify and help produce additional research and materials as needed.
- Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising roadmap to diversify revenue streams.





The skills you bring
- Minimum of 3+ years in professional fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in grant writing, corporate sponsorships, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) donor relations.
- Ability to translate complex advocacy goals into compelling narratives for both digital and print media.
- Nice to have: A deep understanding of the autism community; lived experience as a parent of someone on the ASD spectrum is highly preferred.
- Nice to have: a verified lifetime "raised" total exceeding $1M.

What success looks like
- Secure a minimum of $250k in total donations and grants within the first 12 months.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Complete a full audit and update of all digital and physical marketing assets within the first 90 days.
- Establish a consistent monthly pipeline of qualified corporate and individual donor prospects.
