Job Summary:
Operating within a integral, centralized HR Support Center, the People Services Specialist is a hands-on role where you are part of a team responsible for providing HR related administrative and analytical support to team members in the America’s (US, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia) with a focus on the LATAM region specifically (Mexico and Colombia).

The People Services Specialist’s primary responsibility is supporting HR related cases via our internal case management tool (ServiceNow) and HCM (Workday). To complete this work, you will interact with our team members at varying levels within the organization, as well as perform research, analysis and document preparation; interacting with team members and People Leaders on a variety of HR queries.



You'll be a valuable resource for team members, providing guidance and support to make them successful.

This is a temporary role ending in December 2026. The People Services Specialist will be based in our LATAM office in Medellín. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Services (America’s Region). Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
People Services
- Performs as a key contributor to the People Services function by collaborating with Global People Team COE’s and executing tasks which support the LATAM region (Mexico and Colombia).
- Processes day-to-day HR requests and queries submitted to People Services; ensuring all HR-critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Researches and resolves technical and functional issues, and responds to questions and requests within our ServiceNow queue
