Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

What you will be doing:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring,



and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work across various modules—including Employee Center, HRSD Enterprise Plus, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM—to deliver a modern, consumer-grade employee experience. This senior-level role is hands-on and highly collaborative: you will shape workflows, automation, and integrations while providing thought leadership to optimize the platform and identify technical debt. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor junior developers, facilitate requirement workshops, and act as a bridge between technical logic and business needs. Operating within an Agile SCRUM environment, you will deliver iterative value while keeping a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and platform health.
