This is a hybrid position with a 50% focus on UX/UI design and 50% on project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Oversee the development of modules within Starfish CRM:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
- A strong UX portfolio showcasing your work and design process
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with agile or similar project management methodologies
