Your role at Baxter:
This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of key Transition projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and on budget. The Sr Project Manager/Transition Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating,
and delivering the migration of business functions and roles into Shared Service Centers (GBS). This role ensures seamless transition with mínimal disruption to operations, while driving standardization, efficiency, and compliance across processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Project Transition Setup, Planning and Execution: Develop initial project deliverables, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, project initiation reports, staffing outlines, project execution and control procedures.
- Leadership and Team Support: Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, facilitating issue resolution and a collaborative environment.
