We’re looking for an Forward Deployed Engineer who can work directly with customers to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered automation workflows. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product — translating problems into working systems using tools like Make, Zapier, APIs, and AI agents.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building, problem-solving, and working closely with users. You’re hands-on, technical enough to debug issues, and comfortable owning projects from kickoff through deployment.

What You’ll Work On:
Client Implementation and Deployment




- Lead onboarding and technical setup for new customers
- Translate client workflows into automation architectures using Make, Zapier, APIs, and AI tools
- Configure, test, and deploy integrations, voice agents, and automations
- Troubleshoot errors and create clean, stable systems that scale

Technical Problem Solving
- Use APIs, webhooks, and structured data to connect platforms
- Work with engineering to debug deeper technical issues
- Run tests, track logs, and improve system reliability
- Build internal tools or templates that speed up future deployments

Customer Collaboration
- Act as the primary technical partner for assigned customers
- Map business problems to automation opportunities
- Train customers on new workflows and validate that solutions meet requirements
- Provide clear documentation, walkthroughs, and support when needed
