About the Job
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. B2B Content Manager to lead our content function and elevate our voice in the customer experience (CX), contact center, and BPO industry. This role blends content strategy, thought leadership, and people management. You will oversee the content writing team while shaping the narratives that position our company as a trusted authority in digital transformation and AI-powered innovation. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Services, you will develop compelling content that resonates with enterprise audiences, supports revenue growth,



and strengthens our industry presence.
As a Senior B2B Content Lead, You Will
Lead the Content Function
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers, providing editorial direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
- Establish content standards, processes, and governance to ensure consistency and impact.
- Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar aligned to marketing and business priorities.

Drive Thought Leadership
- Produce and oversee high-impact content including whitepapers, POVs, research reports, executive briefs, and industry articles.
- Translate complex CX, Trust & Safety, Back Office Processing and AI services topics into clear and compelling narratives.

Support Marketing & Sales
- Create and guide content across channels including blogs, case studies, web pages, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, event content and video scripting.
