In New Zealand, we operate as a medium-sized company, while the current structure in Colombia is that of a small business. Our team is multicultural, making English the primary working language.

About the role:
We are looking for a QA tester who understands project contexts, takes an active role in planning and executing product goals and features, is self-managed, and applies critical thinking to resolve roadblocks or issues. We want someone with a mature and professional attitude who knows how to work in a team.

The QA Tester’s responsibilities include:
- Ensure the alignment of QA activities with the project, area,



and company context by understanding the video game lifecycle, design requirements, and user expectations.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive test plans within test management tools, ensuring they accurately reflect the latest product updates.
- Set up and maintain test environments and tools to ensure reliable and realistic testing.
- Oversee and ensure the overall quality, functionality, and consistency of the game throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Execute and monitor test cases to evaluate functionality, performance, and overall gameplay experience.
- Manage the defect lifecycle by tracking, verifying, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate clear and timely updates on test results, product quality, and risks, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance the overall gameplay experience.
