Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and ongoing management of facility and office service providers across regions.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee invoice processing, billing control, and reconciliations across multiple regions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, health, and corporate compliance standards.
- Support coordination of building projects and operational improvements.
- Manage day-to-day local office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support HR-related tasks,



including welcoming new hires and coordinating onboarding logistics.
- Manage and deliver office equipment (e.g., laptops and related assets) to new employees.
- Receive and assist foreign visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.

Prepare reports and operational summaries for regional and integral stakeholders.

Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of facilities management processes and compliance standards.
- Experience managing providers, billing cycles, and cross-regional reconciliations.
- Familiarity with operational analysis, reporting, and office administration practices.
- Basic understanding of HR operational support processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
