Trinity Offers is a U.S.based real estate investment company that helps homeowners sell fast through fair, stress-free cash solutions. We’re hiring a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist in Colombia to handle daily company-provided leads and convert conversations into signed contracts.
This role is a great fit for someone who is already strong in phone sales, negotiation, follow-up, and CRM discipline. Real estate acquisitions experience is a big advantage, but we can train the right closer on our process.
What You’ll Do
- Work company-provided leads daily (inbound + outbound follow-up)
- Call/text leads consistently to qualify and move deals forward
- Build rapport quickly and control the call professionally
- Gather key details: motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations
- Present offers using our guidelines and negotiate confidently
- Drive signed agreements through strong follow-up and urgency
- Keep clean notes, tasks, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with the U.S. team to support deals through closing
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2+ years in inside sales / phone closing / high-volume outbound calling
- Strong negotiation + objection handling (you’re comfortable talking price)
- Proven follow-up habits (you don’t let leads die)
- Strong English (spoken + written)
- Excellent CRM discipline (accurate notes, next steps, pipeline stages)
- Full-time availability during EST hours:
- Reliable internet + quiet professional work setup
Preferred (Big Advantage)
- Real estate acquisitions / wholesaling experience
- Experience in presenting offers to homeowners
- Familiarity with investor-style conversations (repairs, timelines, price drops)
