Position Purpose

To decide which products the company purchases and in what priority order, ensuring that our boutiques always carry high-performing, profitable items while avoiding excess inventory and maintaining strong stock rotation.

This role is responsible for protecting the company’s investment in inventory and ensuring that every purchasing decision makes sound commercial sense.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and inventory rotation to determine which jewelry and watches to purchase.
- Define quantities and allocation by boutique.
- Negotiate directly with national and international brands and suppliers.
- Align purchasing budgets with the Finance department.
- Issue and oversee purchase orders.
- Adjust product assortment based on real business performance.
- Maintain continuous communication with international suppliers.

Mandatory Requirement: Fluent English

This role requires fluent English (spoken and written).
- Conduct meetings and negotiations in English.
- Communicate confidently with international suppliers.
- Review price lists, contracts,



and commercial terms.

Basic or low-intermediate English is not sufficient.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, assortment management, or inventory control (preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail).
- Proven experience making purchasing decisions.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and margins.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and decision-making skills.
- High integrity and reliability.
