About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for the U.S and LATAM markets aligned with company values and growth plans
- Maintain a strong pipeline for key and recurring roles
- Write and post compelling job ads across platforms
- Track and analyze recruiting KPIs to improve efficiency
- Performance & Talent Development
- Support performance review cycles and goal setting
- Help implement improvement plans and promote a feedback culture
- Provide data insights to support talent decisions
- Culture & Engagement
- Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
- Organize events and team-building activities
- Contribute to a culture of well-being and recognition
- Requirements:
- Degree in Labor Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience hiring in the U.S.




- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
