Wood Colombia is looking for a professional in engineering or related fields, with 5 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector, to work as a Supply Chain Specialist.

- Preparation of purchase order requests
- Oversee the material and equipment expediting activities with Chevron personnel and suppliers, provide material status reports, mitigate and coordinate follow ups on material deliveries and Smart reconciling of invoices
- Cost control
- Interact with Chevron personal and third-party suppliers.
- Manage and develop key inventory management strategies with the program suppliers
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to meet the construction schedule
- Assist with schedule input and information gathering
- Attend meetings, as necessary, to keep informed of changing delivery requirements.
