We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to support billing operations related to NHTD, TBI, Center Light, Anthem, CPHL, and other insurances. This role is responsible for payment posting, follow-up on outstanding balances, accounts receivable communication, and billing support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Post payments for NHTD, TBI, Center Light, Anthem, CPHL, and other insurances
- Perform follow-up, appeals, and balance adjustments on outstanding accounts
- Manage communication related to accounts receivable
- Support NHTD and TBI billing processes
- Provide occasional support to Jocelyn with unbilled requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues
- Ensure timely processing of billing-related activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Experience working with U.S.based billing processes preferred
- Strong understanding of payment posting and AR follow-up
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- English proficiency (B2 or higher preferred)
