Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for permitting and construction, with a focus on residential, warehouse, and medical building projects:
- Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings using Revit (primary tool) and AutoCAD
- Coordinate BIM models and perform clash detection and resolution for residential, warehouse, and medical building systems:
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations specific to residential, warehouse, and medical construction:
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MPE teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment in complex residential, warehouse, and medical projects:
- Review and update redline drawings and ensure revisions are properly implemented across all disciplines
- Assist in design development, visualization, and documentation for client presentations
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality outputs:
- Maintain organized drawing sets and document control in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation:
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination (required - non-negotiable)
- Specialized experience in residential building design, warehouse facilities, and medical developments, with clash
