We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. About the Role:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack).
- 1+ year of hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments (OpenAI, Claude, AWS Titan,



Bedrock, or similar).
- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Bedrock.
- Proven experience implementing automated testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python (required).
- JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred).
- Experience integrating commercial AI models (OpenAI, Claude, AWS Titan, etc.).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with embeddings, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, or model evaluation is a plus.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud services.
- CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Strong Git and collaborative development workflow experience.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Mocha, etc.).
- Understanding of AI output
