We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Communities Manager to build, grow, and scale a vibrant product-driven customer community. This role will drive meaningful engagement, enable peer-to-peer collaboration, and transform customer insights into actionable feedback that influences product strategy and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the community strategy aligned with product, adoption, and retention goals
- Grow and nurture an engaged customer ecosystem through discussions, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Partner closely with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing to amplify product updates and drive engagement with customers
- Develop and manage champion/advocate programs to empower super users
- Drive peer-to-peer
