About this role
The Business Engagement Contact ensures delivery of products that meet customer/end-user requirements and deliver value to Schlumberger Operations, management, and functions. They develop and maintain a vision for the product,
communicating that vision to the Scrum team, being responsible for the product features from concept to end-of-life. They furthermore coordinate with Key Process Owner, Architects, customer, and development teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. The Business Engagement Contact ensures the design, usability, quality, and delivery of a product or feature, acting as key decision maker on priorities and design, and making sure stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle and acts as an authority on both the engineering and business domain for product releases and represent the end user’s needs.
