About the Role
The Solution Consultant is a senior technical pre-sales role responsible for converting complex enterprise business requirements into credible, scalable, and commercially viable solutions that drive successful customer outcomes.
This is a full-time, remote position in Colombia.

Responsibilities
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Independently lead business and technical discovery, understand customer architecture and requirements, and design scalable end-to-end solutions.
Architecture & Integrations: Independently define and communicate solution architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment approaches with customer technical teams.
POC & Technical Validation: Own the design and management of POCs, define success criteria, and address technical requirements and objections.
Enterprise Deal Leadership: Own the technical side of complex enterprise sales cycles, working closely with Sales to remove blockers and drive deals toward technical closure.
Enterprise Readiness: Work directly with IT, Security, Architecture,



and Infrastructure teams on requirements such as data residency, security, scalability, high availability, and deployment models.
Commercial Mindset: Balance customer needs with technical feasibility, implementation complexity, cost, scope, and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
Technical Expertise (Must-Have): Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and cloud environments. Able to independently lead technical conversations with customer teams.
Enterprise Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience independently leading technical workstreams within complex enterprise sales cycles, from discovery and solution design through POC and technical validation.
API & Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, system-to-system integrations, and data flows.
Enterprise Architecture: Familiarity with SaaS architecture, AWS, Azure, or GCP, multi-tenant and single-tenant
