Credit & Collections Supervisor
Lead credit and collections activities, ensuring effective management of credit risk and portfolio performance through the design and implementation of regional policies and guidelines, in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams. This role aims to support profitable growth, minimize credit losses, strengthen collections performance, and improve cash flow, contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and ensure the implementation of credit and collections policies and guidelines to support decision-making and reduce portfolio loss risk.
Lead the implementation and proper execution of credit and collections activities, supporting the commercial strategy and ensuring business sustainability.
Determine and manage customer credit limits, ensuring that the methodology applied complies with applicable country regulations and supports accurate financial reporting.
Oversee credit risk and collections performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities to improve portfolio quality and cash flow.
Manage contracts with third-party providers supporting credit and collections activities, ensuring service continuity and operational effectiveness.
Lead the response to internal and external audit requirements related to credit and collections management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.
