Role Description The Health and Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogotá, D.C., responsible for promoting a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. This role develops, implements,



and maintains health and safety policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards. Key daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations, as well as maintaining safety records and reporting findings to management. The specialist will plan and deliver safety training sessions, support occupational health initiatives, and collaborate with leaders to address hazards and implement corrective actions. This role also partners with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs and support employee engagement in safety practices.
