We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Global Logistics Team Lead to support the Global Logistics Supervisor in coordinating daily export, transportation, and documentation operations. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team, help prioritize shipments, monitor critical deadlines, and support the resolution of operational and system-related issues. You will serve as the first point of escalation for routine operational matters while ensuring compliance, timely execution, and continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Logistics Operations & Team Support
Support the Integral Logistics Supervisor in coordinating daily export,



transportation, and documentation activities.
Provide day-to-day operational guidance to team members regarding shipment prioritization, certifications, documentation, and logistics systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for routine operational issues, resolving challenges when possible and escalating more complex matters to the Supervisor.
Support the team in managing priorities and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with health certificate processing and other documentation requirements related to export operations.

Transportation & Shipment Coordination
Monitor shipment schedules, carrier cutoffs, and critical deadlines to support timely execution.
Follow up on shipment status and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address potential delays or operational issues.
Help prioritize shipments based on operational requirements
